THE ART OF SIMPLICITY
WHAT IS KUNG FU (功夫) ?
Popularly used as a synonym for "Chinese martial art", its meaning is broader. This is an expertise developed through a prolonged effort and which manifests itself when necessary, bringing benefits to the practitioner.
WHAT IS WING CHUN (詠春) ?
It is a style of Kung Fu which applies the principle of Simplicity in life and self-defense. In this way, we can achieve more results (effectiveness) with less resources (efficiency). The spelling "Ving Tsun" makes reference to patriarch Moy Yat's lineage.

RESPECT AND ASSISTANCE TO EVOLVE TOGETHER
We all have accumulated habits and beliefs over the course of life that prevent us from being the best version of ourselves. The journey is arduous and long because it takes continuous effort to remove these layers of blockages and let our spirit shine in an authentic and pure way. Often, these blockages prevent us from starting the journey or discourage us and make us give up on it. This is why the support of a Si Fu, Kung Fu brothers and sisters is so important. We call it Kung Fu family.
The humanist vision in adult education considers that human beings are free and autonomous with the potential for self-actualization. In addition, Taoism considers that the Tao represents an indivisible totality in continuous transformation and which manages the balance in nature. To follow the Tao (道), it is recommended to detach oneself from words and concepts, to follow the natural process of things and to respect personal autonomy and diversity.
Learners develop 3 key skills in the context of self-defense, emotional regulation and the exploration of creative potential in life:
-
Listening to possibilities in the situation.
-
Responsibility to choose appropriately.
-
Spontaneous effectiveness.
In addition, the practice of Wing Chun Kung Fu allows us to learn how to apply the principles of Taoism, Chan Buddhism (禪 Zen), the just measure of Aristotle and the Zhong Yong (中庸) of Confucius, the art of war of Sun Tzu, and the existentialist phenomenology of Heidegger to live better and for self-defense.
