SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Come train with us to build your physical conditioning, balance and coordination while practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu movements as well. 

 

Improving the overall fitness is important to maintain a good health (in the physical, mental and emotional aspects), and enjoy a good quality of life. And being fit will help you if eventually you need to defend yourself against Social Violence, or protect yourself against a Criminal Violence.  

This is a small group personal training. It means that the exercises are customized and respect each student's physical condition and goals.

This class is included for all students of the Guardian school. 

Schedule: Sunday, 9:30-10:30 EST

Format: hybrid (Zoom + in person if possible)
